Dense Phase Pneumatic Transfer Systems are classified according to the movement type of the solid substance in the pipe as Pulse Type or continuous type. For this type of transfer middle and high pressures are required, thus as main movement force dry pressurized air is used. In special cases, it can be mandatory to use Nitrogen or inert gasses.

Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying

In MDSJ PROCESS dilute phase pneumatic transport systems low air ratios and low pressures are used. In general air ratio is 1-15 and the speed is between 15-30 m/s. Dust and granule solid materials are carried in the pipe as a suspension, vertically and horizontally.

Multi-Dense Phase

Mdsj mini, dense, fully closed and dust free pneumatic transfer system transfers the material in a safe way. It provides material transfer and harms less the environment compared to traditional mechanical methods. Bin Activator

PBV Pressure Balance Valve

From Pneumatic Transport Systems to Dense Phase Transfers Pressure Balance Valves are used. (SSV) Silo Safety Valves

It is a safety equipment used for safe discharge of the positive air pressure at raw materials transferred by pneumatic transport systems or other equipment to storage silos, bunkers or filling tanks from these silos. Air Pulse Jet

Working Principle Air compressed into a high pressure resistant tube is stored in between 2 to 6 bars. Stored air can be normal air nitrogen. Via a diaphragm valve monoblock mounted on the tank or a separate solenoid valve, it is sprayed suddenly into the silo in a fraction of a second with an adjustable timing and the blocked dust materials are dissolved and the flow is eased.
